A great house with plenty of space and large bedrooms. it was conveniently located for transport, bus 5 minute walk, train 10-15 minute walk. However, the stairs are steep and relatively narrow, which wasn't a problem but could be if you have reduced mobility or young children. Arundel is a lovely town to explore .

Great location, very well decorated, lovely garden, nice and warm (we stayed over Christmas), excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable beds etc. Overall an excellent experience, great communication and special thanks for allowing an earlier arrival and late departure 5 stars.
All the family enjoyed our stay, when we are next in the UK will definitely consider Baytree cottage again.
