We were very impressed with how clean the property is.Bathroom looked new and sky- light made it bright.Queen size beds were very comfortable.We stayed a month and could have stayed longer as the unit is quite spacious.

Great to walk to the beach or train station. Has a space for a car and modern decor inside.

Everything was wonderful except for the steps Not easy for the elderly A handrail Would be helpful other than that it was a delightful stay

Worked well for us as we relocated to Melbourne, beach across the road and all the Mordialloc amenities in walking distance.

The property is lovely and very well kept. It is cosy and welcoming. A really nice place to stay. It's location is ideal for both the beach and the town's cafes and restaurants. Very well connected to public transport for trips to Melbourne also.Highly recommend.

I needed a place to stay for a few nights as our house was being worked on. I found this little gem literally a few blocks from our house. On the outside it is unassuming but as you step through the door, you're greeted by a lovely light, clean, airy feeling room that is very nicely decorated. You can see the care that has gone into creating this space and we enjoyed our time here greatly. It is on a busy road but there is a nice sturdy gate there that seals off the back yard and it was surprisingly nice and quiet. We slept well and I would definitely stay here again.

Hello Everyone And Thank You For Reading My Review :) This Was My First Time Booking Lily’s House For 1 Night And It Was The Best Choice I Made Because I Had The Perfect Night’s Sleep And Travelling Solo I Am Looking Forward To My Next Trip. The House Is Perfect Because I Found The Location Very Handy To Access Mentone Railway Station And Bus Stop’s Como Parade Shop’s . The Amenities In The House Are FantasticBathroom Kitchen Bedroom Living Area Conveniently Self Contained. Please Bring Food And Drink If You Would Like To Make Your Own Dinner Or Breakfast Woolworth’s Mentone Is Located On Balcombe Road Turn Left At Davie’s Street. If You Prefer Or Like To Venture Out For Anything The Surrounding Suburb’s Of Cheltenham Parkdale And Mordialloc Are A Short Drive Away From The House. I Went For Breakfast At Le Roi Cafe Located On Como Parade West Opposite Mentone Station. The Staff Are Amazing And Super Friendly And Helpful Delicious Food And Coffee I Would Like To Acknowledge This Local Business Because I Had The Most Scrumptious Breakfast And Hot Chocolate . The Neighbourhood Is Peaceful Mentone Is A Lovely Suburb Of Melbourne’s South East . Lily Is An Amazing And Wonderful Host She Is Alway’s Available Anytime To Help Or Ask For Anything. She Was Super Helpful And Kind To Me With Providing The Information About Check In And Check Out Clearly And Precise Manner . I Have Found A Place To Stay And Call Home For Whenever I Stay In Mentone .

Booked this accommodation while we were rennovating our house. Close to school and shops. Enough space to park two cars. Good quality heating and cooling. Towels, sheets and linen is good. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough pots, pans, plates and cutlery to easily cater for a family of 4 or more. All appliances work. Washer/dryer combo works well too. Small backyard shared with the granny flat which is rented out separately. Some road noise due to fronting onto lower Dandenong Rd but didn't cause too much issue for us.
