We have a holiday home that we rent out fully self contained also.This property in Potsville was exactly the same very clean, everything you need plus more. Plenty of room for us and the dog. Close to main shops, beach on the doorstep the dog could use also.Close to Byron and Gold coast for day trips out.Highly recommend the place to stay. Would stay again.

This house is excellent, modern, clean and spacious. Very comfortable king bed. Ducted aircon was great.It was short walk or drive to Pottsville or Cudgera Beaches.The lap pool in the back yard, the sun rose at 1 end and set at the other, so we had sun all day in the pool and on the deck beds.We drove to Byron Bay(30 mins) for the markets and a stroll around.We drove to Tweed Heads and Southport(30/50 mins) for larger scale entertainment.We loved staying at this house. Would stay again. Thankyou.

Lots of positives - spacious, comfortable, pretty well equipped (kitchen equipment, some children's toys, full laundry), very close to beach.
Any downsides need to be viewed in the context of the strong positives, the main one we experienced was some nuisance from ants in the kitchen that we needed to stay on top of.

We love staying at this wonderful property. It has the space we need, clean and well appointed with aircon. The location is great, close to the beach and the village. The neighbours are friendly and quiet.

The owner communicated promptly and was very helpful and accommodating throughout. The property is well located close to the beach and village - walking distance. Very quiet street, comfortable beds, secure back area for dogs. The property was homely and well equipped. We had a great stay.

Everything was just top notch, best quality but we came after the cyclone so there was a lot of vegetation down. Only problem I had was the TV in the bedroom.....couldn't get it to work??
