Swan Valley house rentals

Enjoyed our stay, great location in the centre of Swan Valley. Thoughtful host who provided all the basics for a comfortable stay.

A great place for catching up with friends - we loved having cheese and wine on the balcony looking out at the city. We had five adults and was plenty of space for us to relax and get ready for winery lunches. We really enjoyed our stay!

If you are looking for a home away from Home, then this property will fit the bill. Nestled in the foothills of the Darling Ranges it is a quiet, tranquil retreat for exploring the area around the Bickley Valley and Mundaring Weir. The bedrooms were spacious with a BIG Jack and Jill bathroom and the combined Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area was so easy to relax in. Pia and her family were perfect hosts, close by if needed, but completely unobtrusive. If you are attending a wedding in the area as we were, then this spacious holiday home is an absolute must. We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this amazing property. The accommodation was amazing - spacious, clean and comfortable. Freida the host was very welcoming and left bread, milk, cheeses etc, for us to use. The house had everything we could possibly need. The communication and check-in was very friendly and easy. Would recommend to friends.

Great place really enjoyed our stay thank you just what we needed

Interior of the cottage was so cozy and pretty while the exterior environment was even more breathtaking! Perfect place situated in a lovely location to indulge in nature and disconnect to connect. Andrew and Janine were so welcoming and brought us to feed the emus and have a walk around their property with their cute doggo. This was definitely one of our favorite places in our Perth trip! :D

Perfect location, central to all the places that we needed to get to. Step outside and the South Perth foresaw right there to enjoy morning walks. Unit had everything that we needed and was comfortable. Hosts were available to answer any questions and provided some basics for us. Great to sit outside and see and hear the birds. Definitely on my list of places to rebook at.
