Surf Beach house rentals

A lovely terrace with a comfortable homey feeling. All easy and everything functioned well. Julie was easy to deal with and was very understanding, helpful and flexible with our booking which had to be rescheduled due to health problems. The children (and adults) loved the pool table and games. The house is well positioned just up the headland and back from the beach - an easy stroll down to the beach. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.

The location is just mesmerizing with the beach a few minutes away and all the food spots are also close by, cannot recommend Tara’s place enough. Definitely returning for any beach outing!

Sea Breeze is a very relaxing place for a vacation… it is walking distance to the beach and shops…the house is very clean and has all the things you need for a short stay. We loved our stay at Sea Breeze.

The accommodation facilities were extremely comfortable and clean. Jude was very welcoming and happy to have a chat. Location was close to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood.Definitely a recommended place to holiday.

A lovely house with everything included and very quiet. Large areas for everyone to spread out and a great area for the kids to play ping pong. Also great to have the option of a seperate area just across from the main house with bedroom, bathroom and laundry. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking however there was everything you would have needed with lots of cups and plates etc. Well stocked for tea and coffee and other bits and pieces in the kitchen. Lots of towels including beach towels which is appreciated. It was close to our family who live in the same suburb so very convenient for us however it is a 10 minute drive back into Batemans Bay town centre. There is a great little village with various shops about 2 minutes drive away to pick up supplies and grab a coffee by the beach. A very enjoyable weekend, thank you.

This was our second stay at this amazing property and will be a regular stay, the view is fabulous. We had very thing we needed including the use of the garage which we could store our mountain ebikes. Liz and Greg are more than accommodating as hosts. As previous accommodation owners ourselves I would highly recommend this property.

Backing onto the river, and a short walk to the Beach down the road, Reads is situated perfectly for a relaxing summer break. The house is well equipped and comfortable. My doggo loved exploring the wild yard and near by beaches. Also, a short drive to other south coast beaches and towns to visit. Love it. Would stay again.
