House was great for two families. Perfect location to get to beaches and downtown

We have had a fantastic 2 weeks in Sydney, specifically at this beautiful home in Bronte. The views are spectacular and the house has so much space for both family time and separation for work purposes. The restaurants and cafes are literally within a minute of the property and the beach is an easy 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this place.

The house was beautiful and a fantastic lay out for staying with extended family as the bedrooms were spread out over the 4 levels meaning I didn't have to stress about my toddler waking up the grandparents or aunty and uncle if he cried in the early morning. Everyone had a bathroom too which was nice to not share. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was awesome, as we could walk to the beach and also into cooggee along the coastal walk. The deck and master bedroom had a beautiful view and great outdoor deck to eat out on. The place was furnished beautifully and internally was nice and clean. Only complaint would be that outside was really dirty. The deck outside and the tiles surrounding the pool were covered in black dust. and the pool was full of leaves. not the end of the world but just my only suggestion for the property managers would be to have that attended to before guests come. All in all we had a really nice week in this house and would highly recommend it.

We spent three nights at Neval and it was great. The property is very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Communications with the host were clear and prompt which meant check in and check out, as well as the whole stay, were very easy. We were in Sydney for both business and pleasure and this property was perfect for our needs.

Everything was excellent. It was a beautiful house great area with lots todo. G our host was amazing with providing an extra bed and instructions on the pizza oven.

A lovely setting, perfect with our dog as the dog park is very close and it is a dead end street. The setting is a shady street...lovely in the hot weather Em was great to communicate with Made our stay seamless

Modern architecturally design granny flat in Queen's Park. It's not your average old fashioned granny flat, but rather a smart use of space and a good number of inclusions. Penny was a pleasant host. Helpful when needed (making her main washing line available), and left us alone otherwise. Private entrance down a laneway. Location is 10-15 minutes from Bondi Junction. There is also a bus to Bondi Junction 2 minutes away. It;s close enough to be connected but not in the centre of everything. Good facilities. Upstairs is a kitchenette with two induction cooktops and a full oven, no dishwahser. Good sized pantry with spices and peanut butter/honey etc. Small bar fridge. Kitchenette is part of open plan dining/living area with small couch. Tv is there with no terrestrial TV, but wifi connected streaming through Google TV. The downstairs has the bedroom and separate bathroom. Bathroom is a creative use of space but some may find it a little small. The unit also has a European brandcombined washer/dryer that worked very well. Reasonable storage/hanging space available. Fans and heaters on both the floors. The space worked well for 1 person, but the separate upstairs area gave a good sense of space and separation that meant it would also work well for 2 people.
