Stunning views and perfect privacy.

We loved our stay at the summerhouse. It was a picturesque and relaxing place that ticked all the boxes. It was enjoyable for my Mum in her 70s, our children aged 11 and 8 and even our precious furry family member. Plenty of places to walk, a tennis court for a friendly hit or come serious family competition and a pool to cool off in afterwards. There was excellent communication from the host and the listing was exactly as described. Places of on the property are perfectly spaced out for privacy. Do yourself a favour and stay here if you want to enjoy to precious and relaxing family time. We won’t hesitate to return. Thank you for an amazing g stay ❤️

Our stay at the Simple Patch was wonderful. Everything about the cottage is so considered, from the huge comfy bed, to the picturesque windows, and the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen. the cottage was private and comfortable, but we loved having the opportunity to bring our young daughter down to the homestead to meet the pony and feed the chickens - a great experience that added to our stay. The location is a very short drive from Wingham town centre, so we got to enjoy the quiet of the country with the convenience of being close to shops, etc. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great little place. Owners are exceptionally friendly. Gr at views of the valley from the deck, especially in a wild thunder storm. Dozer the dog is awesome too

My children and I spent three magical nights at Charity Creek. We loved the pool, and enjoyed relaxing, cooking and eating in the Cabana, whilst taking in the beautiful views. The night sky is breathtaking and must be seen to be believed. The children enjoyed exploring the beautiful gardens and bush walks, helping to feed the chickens and playing with a much beloved puppy. Sandy is a generous, kind and attentive host, accomodating us at short notice, and making us feel welcome and at home on arrival. We were sorry to leave are already planning our next stay at this special retreat. Thank you Sandy!

The cabin is situated on beautifully kept grounds, with a heated swimming pool that my kids loved. There were kayaks to go kayaking on the river, bowls and a ping pong table. Big grounds for kids to run around. Clean cabin. They only thing I would say is that the downstairs window as well as the loft window don’t have shades to draw down - so it gets very bright early in the morning, meaning the kids who slept in the loft were up very early. Other than that, it’s the perfect stay and we will be back.

Our family and pets (dog & cat) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mansfield on Manning. Suzie & Neil were excellent hosts. The property is peaceful and beautiful. It provided the relaxation and recharge that we needed.
