Amazing property
This was our second stay at this amazing property and will be a regular stay, the view is fabulous. We had very thing we needed including the use of the garage which we could store our mountain ebikes. Liz and Greg are more than accommodating as hosts. As previous accommodation owners ourselves I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property for a relaxing time away
Group of family and friends stayed over a long weekend. Incredibly relaxing. Indoor pool was excellent. Superb location. Also probably the cleanest holiday rental I’ve been to before. 10/10

Yearly South Coast trip to decompress
Backing onto the river, and a short walk to the Beach down the road, Reads is situated perfectly for a relaxing summer break. The house is well equipped and comfortable. My doggo loved exploring the wild yard and near by beaches. Also, a short drive to other south coast beaches and towns to visit. Love it. Would stay again.

Great location
The property was perfect for our stay. Being avid bushwalkers and beach goers, it was everything we wanted. Nestled beautifully between the bush and the ocean, our stay wanted us looking for houses to buy in this area. So serene. So much wildlife, bush walking tracks, beaches up the coastline and mogo zoo and Batemans bay centre not too far a2ay. Overall very enjoyable

Bush / Beach retreat
We absolutely loved our stay at the Circuit Beach House - the house has amazing beach and bush views, perfect design with space for all, incredible amenity close to beach and shops. We were blown away - the photos don't do it justice. We hope to visit again soon...
