Jo has spent so much time and brain power to ensure her home is 5 star l. From the easy way she communicates, to the wonderfully presented home. With no stone unturned she has gone above and beyond with this peace of paradise. She provides room for everyone. Would we stay with her again? Absolutely. Such a hidden gem, worth every cent.

We arrived late evening, but instructions and access easy and clear. Property as advertised and in great location for beach walks. We stayed at the property whilst attending a wedding in the Yarra Valley. The house feels like a home and was very comfortable to stay in with our children. It’s a good central location in Lilydale and to drive around the Yarra Valley. There is some noise from the road but it didn’t bother us whilst inside during our stay. There is a secure gate for pets/young children.

Sandra was a lovely host. She provided beautiful cosy & comfortable accommodation plus there was warm homemade bread, pod coffee, fresh croissants, a fruit platter, chocolates, yoghurt, large range of tea & two jams, 3 cereals, light and full cream milk. Just superb! We were very happy that we were able to take our little chihuahua too, he had a large fully fenced yard which was perfect. We had such a lovely weekend, thankyou Sandra !

Team Groom were set up here for our wedding. The property was very comfortable, spacious, private and Peter was very quick with his responses and such an accommodating host. Thanks Peter!!!
