We had an amazing time at this property! It was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze. The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and cooling off.The property itself was large and private, giving us plenty of space to enjoy and is located in a great area just a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The hosts were great, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host was amazing the way he fitted us in at the last minute because of a family emergency.
The area was nice and quiet and only minutes from Mornington central.
The house had plenty of accommodation and felt very homely.

Minutes walk to beach and town - ideally located. Large property that is mostly fenced but not suitable for dogs as the front entrance is not fenced and the only fully enclosed area is the pool. We had a really good stay here; there is plenty of space for a couple of families to comfortably sleep and play. The kids loved running around the massive backyard and seeing the cows next door. Some suggestions we would make for the property are to include small supplies like tea towels, enough mugs, gas bottle for bbq, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent/tablets, etc. Overall, would recommend and visit the property again.
