From the time we parked in front of the building we were more than pleased... the location was amazing... the unit was so nice, modern, clean and comfortable... the hosts were welcoming and friendly... the views from the balcony were breathtaking and visible from the living area as well as the bedroom... clean pool and spa... overall absolutely fabulous spot... will definitely be going back there...

So pleased we decided to head to Lake Cathie, just out of Port Macquarie. What a treasure to be found. I could not fault the apartment's most amazing outlook onto the sea. Close to stores and the tavern.

Perfect oasis in a quiet village atmosphere. Overlooking the water ,watching the sunrise or sunset from a beautiful setting. Cottage is immaculate. A sort walk for a morning coffee at the popular boat shed. Close drive to everywhere.

No massive issues, mostly all was as expected.
Small issues like:
No Gas for BBQ - called and they said it would be organised but wasn’t done before we left.
Tiles missing from wall in second shower - we didn’t use it so as not to damage the wall... agent was stand offish like “How did that happen” - it was like it when we arrived.
Overall good value....
Ps Please spray the bindi’s in the back lawn...ouch

Neat, nicely set out house. Stayed here with wife and kid during transition into community for work. Had everything we needed and is a short drive to shops and walking distance to beach. Would be great as a holiday stay for a family. Disappointed I didn’t have time to have a play on the pool table.
