Two-storey house built in 1746, recently renovated maintaining the original elements, which has obtained the rating of rural house of 4 green stars

- Living room with fireplace, telephone, hot-cold pump, television, DVD and home cinema.
- Kitchen-dining room with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, electric juicer, blender.
- Patio with wooden porch, table, benches, barbecue and fountain.
- A practical bedroom for disabled people with hot-cold pump, television, telephone, built-in wardrobe, 2 beds with pillows and viscoelastic mattress. A built-in bathroom with hydromassage shower.
- The first floor consists of:
- Two bedrooms with built-in bath with hydromassage shower, hot-cold pump, television, telephone, built-in wardrobe, 2 beds with pillows and viscoelastic mattress.
- One bedroom with hot and cold pump, television, telephone, built-in wardrobe, 150x200 bed with pillows and viscoelastic mattress. A built-in bathroom with hydromassage shower.
THE APARTMENTS (2-4 PLACES each)
Located in a two-story building of the nineteenth century, recently renovated to accommodate 2 apartments:
- Apartment 0 on the ground floor consisting of living room with cold-heat pump, television and sofa bed. Kitchen fully equiped. Bathroom with hydromassage column. Bedroom with dressing room, hot and cold pump, television, 150x200 bed with pillows and viscoelastic mattress. Terrace of 20 m2 with table and armchairs.
- Apartment 1 on the first floor consisting of living room with cold-heat pump, television and sofa bed. Kitchen fully equiped. Bathroom with hydromassage column. Bedroom with cold-heat pump, television, 150x 200 bed with pillows and viscoelastic mattress. Terrace of 25 m2 with table and armchairs.
THE POOL.-
Located on a plot of the s. XIX annex to the house and apartments of an area of 100 m2. It is salt chlorination and has a 50m2 solarium for the exclusive use of the clients of the rural house and the 2 apartments.
ENVIRONMENT.-
Jarilla is one of the most authentic and beautiful villages in the north of Extremadura. It has a natural pool, a Roman temple that has the distinction of being the highest temple of the Iberian Peninsula and a beautiful meadow that completely surrounds the town.
It is very well connected by motorway with important historical destinations: Plasencia, Caceres, impressive natural sites: Monfrague, Garganta del Infierno, Jerte, ski slopes of La Covatilla ....
It is the ideal place to rest or practice active tourism. We have reached agreements with various companies in the area to complement our accommodations with interesting activities: Spa, balloon flights, multi-adventure, canoeing,
wine tourism, guided visits to hives and ecological farms, horseback riding and guided tours to places like Granadilla, Caparra, Plasencia or Hervas.
