This appealing apartment is in a residential area within 2 minutes walking distance to local amenities (local shops, restaurants, bars and playground) with several blue flag beaches and 3 championship golf courses within a few minutes drive away.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom (with adjoining bathroom). There is an open plan kitchen, large dining and lounge area leading to a balcony. There is a flat screen TV with British satellite TV and wifi. It has been tastefully decorated and equipped with modern appliances making this a home from home.

The apartment is in a residential area, a couple of minutes walk to local restaurants and shops with the buzzing Playa Flamenca commercial area a 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk away. This commercial area has a wide range of restaurants, bars and pubs. At Playa Flamenca , there is a large Saturday market which is a mile away attracting a vast variety of vendors selling local crafts, leather goods, household items and clothes.
The new Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is also a mile away with an extensive range of shops and restaurants and entertainment and activities for the family. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima and La Zenia beaches with several other blue flag beaches within 15 mins drive. There are 3 championship golf courses in the surrounding area Villamartin, La Finca and Las Ramblas, all within a 10 minute drive. The Spanish fishing town of Torrevieja is a 10 minutes drive away, with a lovely marina and waterfront market. There is a large water park in Torrevieja which is open during peak times (June - September)

We have an agent in Spain who lives in the complex and will meet you to hand over the keys and be around if there are any issues. They will arrange to collect the keys on the day of departure.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, propre et très bien équipé : vous ne manquez de rien dans ce logement, il est spacieux, bien agencé, avec toujours des places de parking disponibles. Le cadre est super, la piscine est bien agréable.En bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Heel aangename verblijf gehad.Appartement is gezellig en kort bij zwembad gelegen.Goede ontvangst door de sleuteloverdracht. The Place For You

The property is well kept, tidy and clean. I would stay there again as it is so handy to grocery store, bars, restaurants 5min. and you can walk to large shopping Mall in 25min. beach in 40min.

Absolute gem of a property

The apartment offers everything needed for a short or long term stay; and more. The owner and their on-site agent make themselves readily available and pay huge attention to detail. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodates 4 to 6 adults. The surrounding grounds and pool are extremely well kept and the maintenance are often seen going about their daily duties. The pool initially was a little on the cool side but still a lot warmer than most other places visited. By the end of the holiday the pool was quite warm and absolutely refreshing. I would highly recommend this property for adult couples or even a family. The surrounding area has a wide range in bars, restaurants and professional entertainment. There is an adequate supermarket within 5 minutes walk and a larger Carrefour about 15 minutes walk away. I would be perfectly happy to answer any questions not covered in the review!
