n ° 32 is a villa in Ostend consisting of 1 holiday apartment for 2 to 6 people and a holiday studio for 2 to 3 people. Each of these units is offered for rent on a short-term basis (from 1 weekend, midweek or week).

The ground floor studio (35m2) is tastefully decorated and offers accommodation for 2 people (+ possibly 3rd person). The sitting / sleeping area opens onto the private garden through the large sliding windows.

SIT / SLEEP SPACE
You can turn the Cinna sofa into a high-quality double bed in no time and the "ZicZac" is a high-quality ottoman / sofa that you can easily convert from an ottoman to a sofa in a matter of seconds and gives sleeping accommodation to a third person. The atmospheric colors and mood lamps provide a special ambiance. A solid cherry cherry desktop completes the picture. Of course there is wifi, radio, DVD and TV available here.

KITCHEN
The designer kitchen is equipped with a combi-microwave with grill function, dishwasher, an induction hob, extractor hood and a Smeg refrigerator with freezer compartment. Nice and practical kitchenware is sufficiently available. In the kitchen itself there is a table for 3 people. A Senseo machine gives you tasty coffee.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bath, shower with side nozzles, a sink and storage furniture. Hair dryer available.

GARDEN
In the spacious garden (35m2) is a table + 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue. Enjoy the jacuzzi and outdoor shower on request at 25 € / day. (Only available for Easter holidays until September)

PARKING
There is parking in the driveway of the villa and a bicycle shed in the garden. Special covers are available to provide extra protection for the bikes.

We had a very nice vacation. A lovely holiday apartment in beautiful Ostend. The hostess is very friendly and we felt comfortable. The jacuzzi is also a plus.

Superb Location

Stayed at this apartment for 4 nights. We found it well presented and clean on our arrival. Lieve met us on arrival and showed us around. Location was excellent, very close to Tram station and supermarket and bakery close by. We easily found the property using SatNav. Would recommend this property.

Habe 50 in Rechnung gestellt bekommen weil wir die Bettwäsche und 3 Handtücher nicht an den richtigen Platz gelegt haben der Teppich war voller Schmutz den haben wir auf Seite gelegt und vergessen in wieder auszurollen beim verlassen die Frau hätte beim verlassen der Wohnung gleich kontrollieren können. Ein Kissen war schon defekt als wir angekommen waren. Ich finde das nicht in Ordnung wir haben für die 9 Tage 1280 bezahlt habe die Wohnung sauberer verlassen alls wir angekommen waren.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in hervorragender Lage - Abzüge in der B-Note

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Oostende. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen, der Fußweg zum Strand ist in ein paar Minuten erledigt. In die andere Richtung gibt es ebenfalls sehr nahe einen Lebensmittelladen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert. Abzüge gibt es - wie schon im Titel geschrieben - nur in der B-Note: In der Wohnung war wirklich überhaupt nichts an Haushaltswaren vorhanden, keine Seife, nur eine Rolle Toillettenpapier, kein Grundstock für die Küche wie Salz oder Zucker. Wir mussten also wirklich alles am ersten Tag kaufen. Für einen noch gastfreundlicheren Eindruck und volle fünf Sterne wäre es schön, solch grundlegende Sachen zu Verfügung zu stellen. Wir haben Salz, Zucker usw. jetzt in der Wohnung zurückgelassen und hoffen, dass die Mieterinnen und Mieter nach uns davon profitieren konnten. PS: Den Whirlpool konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil er laut Gastgeberin kaputt war, daher können wir hierzu nichts sagen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Ausfall des Whirlpools vorher kommuniziert worden wäre - wir hatten die Nutzung mit angefragt.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Fewo liegt in einem ruhigen und reinen Wohngebiet. Zum Strand sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg. Ein wichtiges Kriterium für die Wahl dieser Fewo war das Vorhandensein eines eigenen Stellplatzes, was angesichts der Parkplatzsituation die absolut richtige Entscheidung war. Es gibt vor Ort zwar einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, aber der war so gut wie zu jeder Tageszeit fast zu 100 % ausgelastet. Wenn man aber mal wegfährt, kann man nicht mehr sicher sein, bei der Rückkehr noch einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. Dann ist man auf kostenpflichtige angewiesen, und diese sind wirklich nicht billig. Die sehr nette Eigentümerin wohnt im selben Haus und gab uns beim Check-In eine kurze Einführung. Die Fewo sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und ist durchaus hochwertig ausgestattet. Allerdings gibt es keine Filter-Kaffeemaschine, sondern "nur" eine Senseo, mit der zwei Tassen gebrüht werden können. Die Mitnahme entsprechender Tabs ist also sinnvoll. Zur Basisausstattung gehören nicht die Bettwäsche und Handtücher!!! Das geht aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor und muss vorab mit der Vermieterin gesondert vereinbart werden. Wir haben dafür zusätzlich 10,- Euro pro Person gezahlt (für 1 Woche). Wer nach Belgien fährt, der muss sich vom günstigen Essen verabschieden. Wenn man einen Italiener findet, bei dem die Pizza Margherita nur 10,- Euro kostet, hat man ein echtes Schnäppchen ausgemacht und sollte zuschlagen. Denn die billigste Pizza oder die billigsten Spaghetti für 13 bis 16 Euro sind eher der Standard. Daher gehen - nach unserer Beobachtung - eher wenige Menschen essen, die meisten trinken nur etwas. Aber auch das ist nicht gerade günstig. Aber es gibt in Supermärkten auch solche Angebote an Fertiggerichten, die es bei uns überhaupt nicht gibt. Wahrscheinlich gibt es dafür eine entsprechende Nachfrage. Wir haben es ausprobiert und waren angenehm überrascht. Es sind komplette Mahlzeiten für 5-7 Euro (pro Person), die in der nur Mikrowelle warm gemacht werden müssen. Die schmecken richtig gut und sind mit dem, was bei uns als Fertiggerichte angeboten werden, absolut nicht zu vergleichen. Dort waren offensichtlich richtige Köche am Werk! Einkaufen kann man in einem Carefour-Supermarkt (ähnlich wie Edeka, nur viel teurer), der am Eingang zur Wohnstraße liegt und zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir haben bei einem Lidl eingekauft, wozu man aber das Auto braucht. Ostende zu Fuß an der Promenade dauert ca. 45 Minuten. Alles in allem (einmal) sehenswert.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit vielen Details. Die Lage ist super, in einem Wohngebiet nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und der Straßenbahn entfernt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit einen Jaccuzzi zu mieten, als zusätzliches Highlight.

Leuke studio dichtbij de zee

Leuke studio met drie slaapplaatsen. De zee en supermarkt op loopafstand. Parkeren op het terrein van de eigenaar. Afgesloten tuintje. Geen wasmachine aanwezig waardoor we het centrum in moesten om bij een wassalon onze kleding te wassen.

Nette kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle, sowie ein Lappen und ein Handtuch in der Küche noch da wären. Ansonsten hat man mehrere Bäcker in naher Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbar und den Strand 2 Minuten entfernt, sowie eine Bahnstation in der Nähe. Einen Supermarkt gibt es auch die Straße runter. Der Empfang war super und wir haben sogar zwei kleine anstatt einer großen Bettdecke bekommen.

Kleines Studio nahe an der Promenade, keine 5min zu Fuß und man ist am Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Soweit alles Sauber, Vermieterin Freundlich und Nett. Das „Bett“ ist ein Klappsofa, aber für ein paar Tage ganz ok. Einzig ein Fliegengitter fehlt noch zum Glücklichsein.

Süßes Studio nahe am Strand

Wir haben das Studio für eine ganze Woche gemietet und waren sehr begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich wie in den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Das Studio liegt nahe am Strand und ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden empfehlen, Fahrräder mitzunehmen, um unterwegs flexibler zu sein (Fahrradständer am Haus sind auch vorhanden). Den Jaccuzzi haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir lieber am Strand waren. Dieser ist für einen Aufpreis von 25€ pro Tag zu mieten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt im gleichen Haus. Sie hat uns erklärt, wie das mit der Mülltrennung in Belgien funktioniert und uns kurz das Studio gezeigt, das sehr schnukkelig ist und alles zum Wohlfühlen beinhaltet(WLAN funtioniert super). Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Der Supermarkt ist allerdings völlig überteuert und wir würden empfehlen, einen Aldi oder Lidl aufzusuchen, da diese viel preisgünstiger sind und mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen sind. Die Bäckerei haben wir leider nicht getestet. Alles in allem würden wir das Studio wieder mieten und auch anderen weiterempfehlen. Es gibt alledings nur 4 von 5 Sternen, da der Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelte, die Kühlschranktür klemmte und eventuell die Pfannen in der Küche einmal ausgetausch werden müssten. Wer es lieber etwas weicher mag zum Schlafen, sollte sich eine weiche Auflage mitbringen. Thanks for the great time and maybe we will see us again :D
