Nice villa at 700 m. from the beach, between the municipalities of San Juan and Campello, very close to shopping centers and very well connected to the city of Alicante, which is about 10 km away. The house has a large garden, a private pool of about 40 m2 and a large terrace with porch that provides a great shade in summer.
The house is Mediterranean style and has a fabulous living room at three heights, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen and garage. 380 m2 of housing + 140 m2 of porch, perfect for life in summer. Air conditioning in the rooms, private pool and a large garden full of flowers with a variety of plants and trees. The plot measures about 1300 m2. Within a radius of 700 m is the beach of San Juan, which can be reached on foot in a pleasant 15-minute walk and less than 5 minutes by bicycle. The sports center of San Juan and a large hypermercat about 400 M. It is located about 2 km from Campello and 3 km from San Juan. There are 4 bicycles and everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday.

Tranquility with all of the amenities

Fantastic villa and hosts. The photos don’t do the villa full justice; it has a beautiful large patio area and large garden as well as a larger than average pool for a villa rental. We will be staying again!

Una casa maravillosa

La casa es preciosa, muy bien decorada, con detalles de mucho gusto. Muy cómoda porque la mayoría de los dormitorios se encuentran en planta baja. El porche estupendo, en sombra y lleno de sillones cómodos y tumbonas. El jardín muy bien cuidado. La pega, hay que coger coche para todo ya que se trata de una urbanización. Aún así estuvimos muy agusto

A lovely house and interesting if you like architecture.

This is a very well designed house. It's also clearly somebody's home, rather than a sterile house only available for short term lets. That means that you do have a little of the clutter and bits and bobs of a home. This gives the place character. I'm going to suggest to the owners that they create a little handbook for the house, detailing where to find things, and what can and cannot be played with or used, so as to give clear limits. I'd also suggest that because of certain things in how the house is laid out, that it isn't suitable for families with very young children, or poorly disciplined children - there's an internal mezzanine area which daft kids could get in trouble with. There are two lovely cats that live outside who have adopted the house. You can feed them and water them, or the owners will come and do so. We didn't mind feeding them at all, but I imagine some people might. It's also nice if staying to sometimes water the potted plants - the place is really like an oasis, and as somebody staying it's nice in a way to be a part of keeping it that way. I may have actually overwatered the lawn as it grew up quite a bit while we were there!
