Beautiful villa with fantastic sea views for one or two families.
This newly renovated villa is perfect for a relaxing sunshine holiday, all year around!
Easy to reach, the house is only 25 minute drive from Alicante airport, and located in the small and genuine village of CovetaFuma, in El Campello.
Beaches, bars, restaurants, gym, mini supermarket and the train station are within a short 5-10 minute walk from the house.
This detached private villa is generously equipped for a relaxing and comfortable holiday with air conditioning, TV / DVD, free Wi-Fi, purified water system, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and much more. The house has a fresh and welcoming atmosphere with a touch of Scandinavian Nautical design.
Several spacious outdoor terraces with panoramic views of the sea, city and mountains provide excellent opportunities for sunbathing, yoga, dining and lounging. Here you can also enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The upper floor has an open and social layout with 3 different seating areas, kitchen, toilet and sliding doors to the terraces.
The fully equipped kitchen has all kinds of household appliances and utilities, including a fresh water tap which means that you do not have to buy water bottles during your stay.
Barbecue grill and paella cooking are available in the outdoor kitchen.
The pool has various variations of lighting and a floristic tile that gently lights up during the night.
The 4 double bedrooms with a total of 10 beds are located on the downstairs floor. The spacious master bedroom with sea view has a private bathroom with shower and toilet and exit to the terrace. On this floor there is one more bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and an outdoor shower on the terrace.
In the basement you can play ping-pong, dart or work out in the small gym. Here you will find some beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. for our guest to borrow, as well as laundry and tumble dryers.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Baby crib and two children’s highchairs are available on request.
Arrivals and departures on Sunday or holiday days has a charge, ask the agent. Arrivals after 22.00 h has a charge ask the agent for the costs.
Electricity included 200 kws per week, overconsume if any could be charged at 0.25€/Kw.

Lovely villa – great communication from the host

The villa was lovely and suited us just fine for our stay. The host was excellent at communicating with us right from the moment we booked, which made everything really easy. While the property could use a bit of updating, it had everything we needed and was a great base for our trip.

Fab house as described (or even better) Bedrooms all on the same floor so ideal for families. 4 double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a double bunk bed too. Air con in three of the four bedrooms (we didn’t need it as we were there in October) lots of places to eat and sit inside and outside. Table tennis was a bonus for the kids and adults. Very clean throughout. Host really good, great communicator.

Absolutely stunning Villa with so much space. So well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Only one thing is the hill but it kept us fit!! Would certainly visit again as we didn't want to leave. Sun sets and rise are beautiful. Thank you once again.

An amazing spacious villa, large pool and comfy beds. Plenty of utensils and other household items. The hills are quite steep but we was able to walk ten minutes to the square and local one supermarket although this was tiny. Just one issue it wasn’t 10 star rating for cleanliness. Overall excellent place and villa and would highly recommend

Fint boende. Nära till Tram:en för att ta sig in till El Campello och den fina långa badstranden men även till Benidorm lr Alicante om man så vill. Biljetter löses enkelt ombord på tåget. Backen upp till huset är brant. Men inte så farlig som många beskriver givet att man inte har problem med att gå. En mkt tillmötesgående och ansvarig för boendet löste ankomsttider och utcheckning på ett fantastiskt sätt. Givet att förtsättningarna finns förstås. Man kan dock bli debiterad för extra elkostnader om man använder för mkt el. Väldigt nöjd med allt.

wonderful villa very well equipped even down to plasters could have done with bigger toaster (2 slice for 10 people !) and instructions for washing machine in English I know I should learn Spanish ! Only down side that damn hill from back entrance gradient !!! could not use front entrance no car shame the shop /bakery was no longer open

Séjour très agréable

Une maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée (c’est agréable d’avoir notamment tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner), la pièce de vie est très bien agencée et décorée avec une belle vue sur la mer et les alentours. On se sent chez soi ! La literie est confortable. Nous avons bien profité des terrasses qui sont très conviviales avec une vue magnifique. La piscine est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Le quartier est très calme, à 5 minutes du centre ville de El Campello Celso et son collègue sont très disponibles et efficaces. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable dans cette maison et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Well equipped and very comfortable villa

Great views, very peaceful location. Small "corner" shop just 5 min walk with limited stock but does have essentials ie milk fresh bread eggs. The beaches, bars and restaurants 10 min walk. The area is hilly so not suitable for someone who is mobility challenged. The villa itself is very comfortable and very well equipped and the agent answered any queries we had within 15 mins and was very accommodating. Would highly reccomend

Luxury in El Campello

Absolutely stress free booking with Celso via HomeAway, villa was wonderful with all mod cons pool was fantastic location was ideal although on a steep hill the up side of this are the great views. We are already considering booking a return visit, cannot recommend highly enough.

Séjour au top !!!

La maison est conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons souvent loué des villas en Espagne mais celle ci donne vraiment l’impression d'être chez soi. Vaisselle et couverts en quantités plus que suffisantes, appareils électroménagers au top... toutes les petites choses du quotidien sont présentes. Nous avons passés 15 jours merveilleux dans la région. Celso ( le gérant de la maison ) est très accueillant et disponible à tout moment. Une épicerie et des restaurants à 10 min à pieds, une ligne de Tram qui permet aussi bien d’aller sur Benidorm que sur Alicante avec une station à 5 min de la maison. Une seule chose qui n est pas stipulé sur l’annonce c est la consommation d’électricité maximale comprise dans le prix ( 200 kw semaine et donc facturé au delà ). Attention du coup à l utilisation de la clim car cette dernière est une grosse consommatrice!!!
