The Casale di Nicolò (formerly "Cà Padlin") is located near Urbino, the birthplace of Raphael. It is a spacious and welcoming cottage with a large garden and an external loggia, entirely renovated in a rustic style.
It is an ideal place for a holiday, for families with children who can play outdoors in safety or for anyone who wants to enjoy a moment of privacy and relaxation away from the rhythms of everyday life.
The Casale
It is composed of some housing units.
In the first apartment, the "Blue Apartment" on the ground floor, there is a large living room with an original 16th century fireplace, a 70s living room, a modern and equipped kitchen.
The living room leads to the external loggia, which overlooks the garden and Nicolò's apple tree, which gives the Casale its name.
The living room is connected, through a corridor, to a studio apartment, with an independent entrance and equipped with a sofa bed, kitchen, air conditioning. A small service bathroom and a larger bathroom with shower and disabled facilities complete the ground floor.
From the kitchen a stone staircase leads to the 1st floor to a retro-style double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the main bathroom.
This apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
The farmhouse also has an apartment of about 40 square meters, with kitchen, bathroom with shower, double / twin bedroom.
In front of the farmhouse there is an independent loft of about 50 square meters, with the possibility of a double bed or two single beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, large garden.

Il Casale di Nicolò is located a few kilometers from the Fano-Grosseto highway.
In about 30 minutes you can reach the beaches of Fano and Pesaro, seaside resorts where you can enjoy a relaxing day. Easily accessible are also San Marino, San Leo, Assisi, Gubbio, or with a few hours by car cities such as Florence, Rome, Bologna.
Urbino can be reached by car or bus: it is about 40 minutes from Pesaro station, one hour from Ancona-Falconara or Rimini airport, about 2 hours from Bologna airport.
