Alegria Residence - Penthouse is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located at a 4th floor of a 60´s building, without elevator, located just nearby the Bolhão Metro Station, walking distance to every interesting downtown location. We just finished renovating the whole building in December 2018 so you will experience a spacious and comfortable brand new apartment.
