Lovely apartment next to Barking Station

The flat is in the sought-after Bath House Building located in the centre of Barking with all shops and amenities within less than 2 minutes walk around it.

The flat comfortably accommodates 4 people, it feels like a home being so welcoming, light and spacious.

Very close to London City Airport (£10 taxi ride away)

From Heathrow you're better off catching the tube (Piccadilly Line to Hammersmith, across the platform to the District Line straight to Barking. It's £2.90 off peak!)

From Gatwick you need to catch the train to London Bridge. Don't get the Express, it's just as quick and cheaper to get the ordinary train. Then jump on the Jubilee Line and change at West Ham for four stops on the District Line.

For all Tube journeys be sure to buy an Oyster card as it's much cheaper than cash fares. Pay as you go is fine for a few days plus you won't get charged more than a full day travelcard in any case.

Lovely Apartment

We were looking for a nice apartment near Ilford and we found this cosy and warm apartment for our stay. Loads of shops around. Landlord always there to answer any questions I had.

Siamo appena tornati da 5 giorni a Londra con la famiglia (io, mio marito e mio figlio di 11 anni), l'appartamento era perfetto per noi, fuori Londra (Barking) ma collegato benissimo: la stazione della metro è a 5 minuti e collega tutta Londra velocemente. La zona molto interessante, molto vivace ma tranquilla, multietnica, piena di negozietti. L'appartamento è come si vede nelle foto, carino, confortevole, superaccessoriato (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a micronde, wi-fi), letti comodi. Solo un po' caldo ma dormendo con la finestra aperta si sta bene. Lo consiglio.
