House is a one of a kind structure with water views on all balconies A relaxing retreat. 4 bedrooms/ 2 bathroom with Pull out Futons for additional sleeping upstairs. All kitchen,bath and beach amenities included (No Towels or Sheets Provided). Open layout with entertaining kitchen and countertop with dining up to 8 people. Large Outdoor Deck and additional dining table, large gas grill, sunbathing , outside shower. A/C in all rooms, One California KING, Two bedrooms with Queen sized beds, One bedroom with 2 single Bunk beds, Two New queen futon pull out couches, 46" 4k TV with dish satellite, Electric Fire Place, New dishwasher, Icemaker , washer/dryer and additional full size storage refrigerator on deck with sink, large windows with beautiful views and Wifi , DISH 46" TV and Lights Newly redone floors and cabinets

Short walk to Casino restaurant and ferry, 1 boardwalk away from bay and two from Beach. Panoramic views from all Decks.

Beautiful place!

This was the perfect setting for our large family...plenty of space to hang out comfortably, even on rainy days. The house is perfectly located and the property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We'll definitely come again!

Nice but Hot

The house boasts air-conditioning but it’s only in the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room was very hot and uncomfortable. But Davis Park is a great place to be so it’s hard not to have fun.

Perfect place on the island

Walking distance from the beach, but in the lush center where you wake up to bird chatter every morning. Truly a wonderful stay.

Great vacation at Handkerchief Davis Park

Wonderful vacation at Davis Park! Handkerchief House is a one-of-a-kind gem in a special community. The host Charles was very easy to communicate with and helped make the stay as nice as possible. We had a large group with adults and teens and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The unique layout of the house makes for great cross-breezes. We got our groceries delivered from Pat's Marketplace in East Islip and they were great as well. We can't wait to return. Thank you!!!
