Perfect Palermo location

The climb to the apartment is a bit challenging with luggage but once settled you can walk everywhere!

Sicily break

There are alot of stairs to reach to apartment but the view was lovely facing towards the church. However, the desrciption of the apartment says 2 bedroomed but it is actually 1 good sized seperate bedroom and a sofa bed in a very small lounge area, 4 people would struggle in this apartment. There is also only 1 terrace off the main bedroom. It appears that 1 large apartment has been split in to 2 smaller ones. The toilet seat is still broke which I note was on a previous review. I feel it us important to share this information for future travellers, but the apartment was very clean, a lovely welcoming touch of a bottle of wine and water, the host was very helpful and we certainly appreciated being able to leave our luggage there as we arrived earlier than the 4pm check in. The accommodation is literally in the heart of the main historic centre so ideal for exploring. that 1 large apatrment has been spl

Wunderschön!

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen. Sehr schön restaurierter Altbau mit viel liebe zum Detail. Alles neu gemacht. Mehr Platz als wir bräuchten. Sensationell die Aussicht von dem einen Balkon - und es gibt sogar zwei 😊. Cettina hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Wir wurden vom Bus abgeholt, später hat sie uns per WhatsApp mit Infos versorgt. Sehr herzlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage schätzen wir nach 4 Tagen als perfekt ein. Zu den quattri canti und zum Teatro massimo jeweils nur paar Schritte. Die Wohnung und Palermo waren toll! Wir würden auch mehr Sterne geben!! Mille grazie und auf Wiedersehen! Juliane

DISCOVERING PALERMO

Spacious, tasteful and light apartment in the center of the city. Easy walking everywhere. I would, however, advise to welcome visitors with at least 1 piece of soap, and to change the soap dish ( I nearly cut my hands - it was broken ). The toilette seat needs fixing, and the bathroom as a whole could have been cleaner. If we are permitted to give some advise to the owner: The big, double bed should be in the other bedroom. It was a bit of a gymnastic exercise for my husband to get into the bed - and we are small people - Also the mosquito net served no purpose: it could not close. Not everyone enjoys air-conditioning, and this bedroom was stifling, despite the ventilator. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay.
