SEASONAL RENTAL OR RENTAL MONTH - second home (September to June) Dinard Saint Enogat residential area appreciated by tourists for its calm and authenticity - fully renovated houses, one for 5/6 people, 2 bedrooms, fireplace, courtyard and another for 8 persons 4 bedrooms with garden, 100 m from the sandy beach, safe for children, fishing possible, children's club, stars for Saint Malo, quiet, comfortable, close to shops (bakery, butcher, delicatessen, grocery store , post office, press, tobacco, pharmacy and many restaurants). WIFI. For a monthly rental price different, please contact me. The prices indicated on the ad correspond to the house with 2 bedrooms 5/6 persons, for the house of 4 rooms please contact me at 06. 62. 22. 05. 65. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, alle Geräte haben funktioniert.Leider ist kein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Vor dem Haus ist nur Platz für einen Tisch.Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der Hund.

Ideal, um den Charme von Saint-Enogat zu erkunden

Das traditionelle (aber mit allen zeitgemässen Einrichtungen versehene) Haus an der Rue de Saint-Enogat war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um das lauschige Quartier, die Strände und die Stadt Dinard zu erkunden. Die Bilder vermitteln einen guten Eindruck der Liegenschaft. Die steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss, die zu den zwei Schlafzimmern führt, könnte für Gehbehinderte eine Herausforderung darstellen, verfügt aber über ein Geländer. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, und hat auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme stets prompt geantwortet. Auf wiedermal! Wir sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist – zwischen dem TGV-Bahnhof in Saint-Malo und Dinard verkehrt stündlich ein geräumiger Bus; Fahrscheine können gegn Bargeld beim Einstieg gekauft werden. Die nächstgelegene Haltestellen (Foyer Logement oder Médiatheque) sind zu Fuss in zehn Minuten erreichbar – auch mit Gepäck.

Maison bien située

Cette location a le grand avantage d'être bien située : au calme à l'écart du centre-ville mais près des plages ainsi que de boulangeries, épiceries, restaurants. Meubles quelque peu "dépassés de mode" mais propres. Seuls points négatifs à nos yeux : chercher tous les jours une place pour garer sa/ses voiture(s). et le passage de voitures le long de la façade.

cette maison de caractère style fermette bretonne change des locations classiques avec un ameublement moderne;excellente literie et la cuisine a des equipements neufs et complets, La plage de St Enogat est certainement la plus agréable de Dinard et sans danger pour les enfants;nos parents vont certainement prendre contact pour des dates de séjour

maison de caractère rénovée

Nous avons reloué avec plaisir cette jolie maison en plein centre du bourg pittoresque de Saint Enogat,berceau de Dinard.Les propriétaires ne savent que faire pour satisfaire les locataires;cette belle maison style fermette en pierres apparantes,a un charme fou! Nous reviendrons et peut-être même cet hiver étant retraités,car une belle cheminée!

vous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison qui ne présente que des avantages: a deux pas de la plage et des commerces(boucherie,epicerie,pharmacie,boulangerie) et meme de plusieurs restaurants.cette maison est bien entretenue avec tout le confort et mes enfants vont la louer en septembre;j'ajoute que les propriétaires sont tres conciliants.
