In via Renzo Laconi, a few steps from the beaches (650 meters) apartment rental, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony with sea view furnished with table and chairs for eating out. The house has a communal washing machine, available to guests, TV with digital terrestrial TV, the kitchen has an electric oven, fridge with freezer and large water reserve.
Upon request we also supply sheets and towels, a large garden and close to shops, ATMs, post offices and restaurants.
We can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 people.

Nice Stay at Cala Gonone

It's a bit on the outskirts of the town, but that makes it very quiet. Nearby is a very nice ristorante. You can hear neighbours TV until they go to bed, but that's usually not too late. Very large balcony and room for 4 people.

Super cozy flat, top location

Our host was super friendly, he organized the check-in through Whatsapp and greeted us in person and explained everything. Flat was super clean and had everything we needed. Place is quiet. There is a balcony with view on the sea. The main bedroom has air conditionning. The bed was confortable. The flat is a 20 minutes walk to the beach and a 4 minutes car ride to the beach/ port. Free public parking is available just next to the place. I recommend this place.

Great appartment

We had a very good time in the appartment. We don't speak Italian, but Gian Luigi speaks very good German, so we had no problem communicating. He also gave us good tips for things to do in the area. The appartment is very tidy and well equipped. It is spacious enough for four people and it has a good sized balcony with a nice view on the sea. It is on walking distance from the beach. It is situated next to a main road into Cala Gonone, but the traffic was light, so it didn't bother us at all. Parking the car is also no problem. All in all very good value for money!

Amazing location, beautiful property!

I really enjoyed my stay at GianLuigi's place! The apartment is cozy and clean, with wifi and air conditioning. The balcony gives a beautiful view of Cala Gonone and the sea. The apartment is well located in town, and parking is easy. GianLuigi was warm, friendly and welcoming. He offered us traditional Sardinian sweets and wine, and took the time to give us recommendations for restaurants and activities. He gave us maps of the area and explained how to get to certain beaches or what caves were worth visiting. I definitely recommend GianLuigi's place for your stay in Sardinia :)

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem tollen Appartement und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Tolle Ausstattung, super sauber und mit der Aussicht einfach nur klasse!
