Villa Giovanna is located in a strategic position to enjoy the most beautiful beaches of Salento, such as the Natural Park of Portoselvaggio and to visit the most famous art cities: Gallipoli is only 15km, Lecce 25, Otranto 40km. It is a semi-detached villa of which we rent the first floor which consists of 220sqm.
It has two parking spaces available in the lush garden and has a large terrace for sunbathing. The rooms are large and bright (two air-conditioned). The kitchen is spacious with all appliances and very welcoming. There is a large and bright living room with a fireplace.
