About this property

Casa da Cuca is a family holiday house turned into a local flavoured relaxed accommodation in the heart of Tofo. It super well located, 2 min walk from the beach (you can hear the waves from the lovely veranda), around the corner from the market, restaurants and dive centres. We have owned this property for 20 years and thanks to it supported many local families. The house is simple and comfortable and it has two lovely female dogs, Bonnie and Chicken. The garden and the different chill areas are perfect to relax after a beach day or to host friends over.

Bien mais....

Très bel emplacement au milieu du village, proche des plages, marché et restaurants. Jardin très agréable et literie confortable. La maison est néanmoins très vieillotte et nous avons eu beaucoup de soucis avec l'eau; la plomberie est trop ancienne et ne fonctionne plus, ou très mal. Nous sommes restés sans eau pendant toute une soirée et une nuit notamment. L'électricité n'a pas été correctement gérée non plus et nous avons eu une coupure car le compteur n'avait pas été alimenté. Bien que les soucis aient été réglés rapidement, c'est vraiment dommage de gâcher un si beau séjour avec ces problèmes. Le ménage dans la salle de bains et les toilettes n'avait pas été bien fait à notre arrivée. Le séjour/cuisine/chambres étaient propres.
