It is located 15 minutes from the historic center, very well connected to move to the most emblematic places of the city such as the City of Sciences (15min), Bioparc (5min), Bedside Park and gardens of the Turia River (5min), beaches from the city (20-30 min). Access to buses, metro and tram to move comfortably. Free parking around the area without problems. All kinds of shops in the area.

Buona soluzione per famiglie

Quartiere carino, appartamento vicino alla fermata della metro e dell'autobus per cui ti puoi muovere velocemente per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse. Tre camere di cui una con due lettini, due bagni e una cucina funzionali per tre famiglie...non ci eravamo capite sul numero delle persone, forse per problemi di traduzione, quindi ci è stato chiesto un supplemento ma per il resto tutto ok!

We enjoyed our stay very much, valencia is beautiful and this appartment also good distance and easy to get in the historic center with taxi or buss. Very nice owner of the appartment, will help you with everything, very clean appartment.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par la propriétaire Ana Maria, l'appartement est bien situé , non loin d'une station de métro, il est également fonctionnel avec 2 chambres et la salle d'eau à l'étage, le salon et la cuisine au rez de chaussée, avec un espace extérieur.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la jolie ville de Valence.
