Why Nick Crothers chose Crested Butte
We fell in love with Crested Butte during a ski vacation 6 years ago. The town is charming and the food is second to none. The unassuming nature of this dense, historical town in one of the most picturesque settings in the United States was impossible not to fall in love with. The property is 2 blocks from the restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques that Elk Street has to offer. Even in a town as dense as Crested Butte - this is extremely close. That said - it is on a dead end quiet street on the south west edge of town with views of the forested Gibon's Ridge. It is the best of both worlds in the beautiful town that is Crested Butte!

This property is a unique combination in that it is In Town within close walking proximity to Elk Ave but on a secluded local traffic only street with ridge views. The nicely tree'd lot creates an enchanting setting. We come here and truly get away from the hustle and bustle in a gorgeous setting. It is everything we were looking for.
