This detached bungalow is set one mile from the town of Allendale and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Dale View Cottage is a detached bungalow one mile from the town of Allendale. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a twin room. There is also a kitchen, a sitting room with a dining area and a family bathroom. Outside there is a lawned garden with a gravelled area and a patio with furniture where you can sit and enjoy the views and there is also off road parking for three cars. Dale View Cottage is a lovely retreat in a fabulous location, ideal for a couple or small family.
Amenities: Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Covered bike storage. Lawned garden with gravelled area and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Grazing for ponies/horses and parking for horsebox/trailer available. Note: There are two steps up to access the property.

Allendale is ideally placed for access to Carlisle to the west, Hexham to the east or the Roman Wall just to the north. There are lots of walks and unspoilt villages in the surrounding North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding countryside or travelling further north to the glorious Heritage Coastline. Furthermore Allendale is a popular stay for cyclists carrying out the Coast to Coast.
