Stylish 4 bedroom semi detached chalet in Borovets, Bulgaria. 10-15 minutes drive away from the ski slopes. Set right in the heart of the Rila mountains and surrounded by beautiful pine forests. This is one of the few luxury chalets in Borovets.

The Chalet, furnished to a high standard, has a cosy feel throughout and sleeps up to 10 people in 2 double bedrooms, a 1 twin bedroom and one room with two bunk beds. You have two double rooms each with en-suite shower bathrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower on the second floor. Crisp white bed linen and soft towels are provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Designed over 3 floors Chalet Kateritsa has an open plan top floor with a kick-your-shoes-off lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen providing a great space for groups of friends and families to relax and socialise at Habibi Se Gat after a day in the mountains. Toast your toes (or a marshmallow) in the lounge with its warming open fire, 55" smart TV with Apple TV, XBox and sound bar. Try the balcony at sunset with stunning views of the mountains and Borovets pistes. Logs for the fire are provided free of charge.

Wake up and admire the splendid view . Have your coffee on the balcony whilst overlooking the Rila Mountains and filling your lungs with fresh mountain air.

The chalet is part of a hotel complex, so you will have full access to the heated swimming pool (open during the winter ski season), a Jacuzzi and a hot tub

During the ski season the resort operates regular shuttle buses back and fro to the ski slopes and can be booked at the resort reception every day. Shuttle is available at an extra cost of Euro 4 per person per day regardless of the number of times used.

The Bistro and bar, open in winter, offer a great menu of local and international dishes at great value for money prices.

In the summer you can use sun loungers, umbrella's, comfortable seating and a hot tub in the resorts central courtyard to relax and recharge after days of exploring the stunning surroundings.

A small shop selling all the holiday essentials - milk, bread, butter, cheese, water, biscuits, crisps, beer, wine etc. is open all year round.

Borovets is also a great summer destination with lots of outdoor activities to suit every taste - from hiking to mountain biking, fishing or just relaxing with a book in the fresh mountain air.

The gondola and the lifts are open all year round so ideal for mountain walking and mountain biking in the summer.

About Borovets:
Borovets has 58km of ski piste with a good selection of runs from nursery slopes through to black runs with lots of blue and red runs for intermediate and families.
As well as skiing there is also snowboarding, cross-country skiing and night skiing on offer.
In the summer Borovets is a fantastic place with many outdoor activities available, including hiking, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, horse-riding and paragliding to name but a few.
