Charming apartment on the frontline of Playa Blanca promenade right in the in middle of all amenities. It has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated.
It is made up of a spacious terrace with BBQ and fantastic ocean views with seating area perfect for creating memories, a nice open plan living room with flat screen SmartTV49 and a kitchen area fully functional for cooking and fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils. Find a modern bathroom with lots of light and a spacious shower. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed to relax in after a day exploring the lovely island of Lanzarote. Free Wifi and A/C in the whole apartment. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine. Modern style and just recently renovated this apartment is 100% what you are looking for.
Wake up, sit on the terrace with your coffee before treating yourself with an early swim in the ocean.
Otherwise stay at home on the large terrace to enjoy the sunsets while having a nice Malvasia wine or just put on your trainers and enjoy a walk along the promenade into the lively town of Playa Blanca or towards the beautiful Marina Rubicón. Sitting on the terrace you will be able to enjoy Lanzarotes impressive sunsets and harbor view.
The apartment it is located by the picturesque harbor area of Playa Blanca, ideal for mornings and afternoon walks along the promenade. Along the promenade you will find all kind of facilities, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bars, etc…
Playa Blanca is a great base to visit Lanzarote, you get easy connections to the main road that leads to the main touristic attractions such as the most lunar landscape of Timanfaya National Park, the Janubio salt pans or La Geria where the wine happens. Also many other attractions are available for the whole family such as shopping mall, Rancho texas or the Golf course.

The apartment is small and away from the central parts of Playa Blanca. But very comfy and nicely arranged. Oscar was very helo/pful and welcoming and checking in and out was easy.

Amazing Apartment

We were so pleased when we arrived at the apartment as it was exactly as described. The outlook from the balcony/terrace is wonderful and it’s great to watch the boats coming in and out. The bed was comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless. We stayed 16 nights over Christmas so this was important to us. It’s location is perfect as you can walk in either direction and no where is too far. Everything you need is nearby including beaches, restaurants and shops. We loved it so much that we’ve decided if we ever go to Playa Blanca again without the family, we would definitely book here again. Thank you to Oscar for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

Harbour view

The property overlooks the harbour and is spotlessly clean as you can see from the photos, we had a lovely 2 weeks and would definitely recommend it , short walk to flamingo beach and dorado beach , all the restaurants are close by ,, the best one being below the apartment

Oscar, the host, was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Absolute gentleman and always on hand for any questions regarding anything. Apartment was amazing. Everything you needed and more. Incredibly clean and great location with a beautiful balcony with an amazing view of the port. Would definitely recommend the property and would love to come back again.
