The Space:
Upon entering this beautiful apartment, you will find the modern design kitchen space, fully equipped with high-end appliances and prepped for you to flex your culinary skills. You will also find the washer and dryer conveniently located in a large cupboard.

The sizable living room, exquisitely decorated with unique design furniture, offers multiple spaces where you can either work, dine, watch TV, or simply sit and relax with a good book.

Featuring an open-concept bathroom with both a shower and large bathtub, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed with superb mattress and quality linen, a large closet and a spacious desk enjoying plenty of sunlight right next to the window that faces the street. It is separated from the living area by a big sliding door.

The second bedroom, interior, on the other side of the living room, offers two single beds and storage space. The second full bathroom is located next to this bedroom and offers a walk-in shower.

Getting Around:
Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Estación del Arte (L1)
