The house is comfortable and spacious.

The Villa has a large living area on the ground floor, with living room - dining room, kitchen in a separate room equipped with a hob, fan oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, another pantry with fridge, a laundry room complete with accessories and washing machine, comfortable bathroom completely renovated with quality materials.
On the first floor, connected by an internal staircase, we find the large and welcoming master bedroom with a superb view of the sea and the tourist port of Cannigione, an exclusive bathroom, also completely renovated.
Comfortable double bedroom and single bedroom, both with access to the rear balcony overlooking the property garden.
Additional bathroom serving the two bedrooms, also completely renovated.
Complete the structure of the comfortable outdoor spaces, such as the veranda overlooking the sea, the lawn garden, the covered and uncovered parking area, with driveway access directly from via Lungomare. Electric gate operated with infrared remote control.

Schoenes Haus

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Marina am Ende der sehr kleinen Fußgängerzone. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind im OG, ein SZ ist mit etagenbett und OHNE Klimaanlage und recht klein. Die Badezimmer sind sehr schön, eines liegt im EG. Das Grundstück ist allseits verschlossen, gut für Kinder. Leider gab es nur einen Schlüssel. Negativ ist eventuell die Lage direkt neben einem reatraunt (laut) und an der einfallstrasse. Hiwrfahren regelmäßig Busse und auch scherverkwjr. Etwas wenig Geschirr vorhanden aber dafür ein Geschirrspüler. Eine basisasurüstung für den Strand ist auch vorhanden. Wir fanden es sehrschön aber eben auch recht laut.

Posizione buona ma casa vecchia

Dopo una settimana di vacanza in questa casa, abbiamo avuto modo di valutarne pregi e difetti. Pregi: 1) posizione centrale e vicino al porto, 2) casa spaziosa. Difetti: 1) arredamento anni 70, inguardabile e scomodo, 2) cucina con pochissime stoviglie e accessori insufficienti, 2) mancanza di mobili da giardino, è quindi impossibile godere del giardino e della parte esterna della casa, 3) WiFi non funzionante, 4) la sera i rumori del ristorante accanto alla casa sono fastidiosi. In definitiva, prezzo elevato in relazione alla qualità della casa.
