Fantastic location! Really beautiful

The home is in a beautiful community - with a lovely pool and a short walk to a good beach. The owner left us free parking passes to the most magnificent beaches - just a short drive away. The entire vacation was so luxurious. Loved this stay! Highly recommend.

Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Die Dusche hatte kein Wasserdruck, tropfte die ganze Nacht und war völlig dreckig. Die Ausstattung im allgemeinen viel zu alt! Nicht empfehlenswert!

Bel residence!

Il residence si trova poco distante dal centro di Porto Cervo, in pochi minuti di macchina si possono raggiungere i maggiori punti di interesse turistico. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po' più di cura ma è ben accessoriata e dispone del necessario per il soggiorno. Giardini e piscina confortevoli e ben tenuti. Check-in facile e proprietario molto disponibile nella comunicazione.

Sehr schönes Haus. Lage und Landschaft ist traumhaft. Wie beschrieben war alles notwendige im Haus vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Gerne wieder!

Beautiful and welcoming house

We arrived in this beautiful property and immediately loved it. The pictures don't really do it justice. The house is well set out and interesting, with an ocean theme, with natural shells and such all around the house. It definitely felt like a home. The garden outside is gorgeous and is actually more secluded than it seems in the pictures - no problems for those who like to sunbake sans clothing :D The kitchen and dining is very well equipped. The ACs worked very well which was super helpful as it was so hot! The owner was very friendly, the only little problem we had was one day the power suddenly went out, and his friend came to check the switchbox right away and all was fine. There is the Spiaggia Cala Granu about 8-10 minutes relaxed walk away. I would also recommend the dive centre in Poltu Quatu - the owner had left some brochures on the desk and we tried it out and it was great! We are already planning to book for next year for 2 weeks again!
