#1007 Breathtaking Beach Views - Beautifully decorated 2BR+Bunkroom

Newly decorated and renovated, upscale 2 BR/2 Bath condo plus an added Bunkroom area. Located in a prime location in the Lighthouse condominiums, front-facing the beach on the 10th floor. This unit has gorgeous views of the gulf from the balcony with the pools and hot tubs directly below. It is also conveniently located with easy access to the elevators and has new tile flooring throughout, upgraded shower in Master bath, as well as new furnishings and decor. The unit offers granite counter tops, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and kitchen sink, new washer and dryer, a sleeper sectional, and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms including bunkroom. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs as well as 2 loungers to enjoy breakfast or the view of the beautiful beach. The Master Bedroom is gulf-front with balcony access and has a private bath with jetted whirlpool tub and shower with new tile/fixtures. The unit has an advanced electronic locking system, so no key exchange is required.

The Lighthouse complex is conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores and is an easy walk to The Hangout and other restaurants and shopping. It rises 20 stories above the white sand beach and has direct Gulf-front views. There are two large outdoor pools, one with zero entry. There are also two hot tubs, an exercise room with lockers, sauna, and an indoor heated pool for your enjoyment. The beach and pools have bathrooms that are conveniently located. The Lighthouse also offers BBQ grills, picnic areas, and covered parking.

Parking passes for the Lighthouse are required and can be purchased from the security gate or the association office located on the 2nd floor. ONLY 2 passes/per unit are allowed. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. *No smoking and no pets*

Wonderful Stay!

Every year for memorial day weekend we come stay at the at the light house and this was defiantly one of the best rooms we have stayed at so far. The beds are comfortable too and that's one thing I you look for when not sleeping in your own bed. Would highly recommend to a family or just a couple wanting a relaxing stay.

Loved this condo so much, it was much bigger than anticipated. We loved sitting on the patio, going to the beach, hanging out at the pool. We didn’t have to drive to go out for much of anything. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Very much recommend !

Great Condo on the Beach

Beautiful well cared for condo. Very clean when we arrived and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. This condo had everything we needed for our 1 week stay. The Lighthouse needs to do a better job maintaining the property! Dirty pools, lawnchairs broken, dirty elevators and lobbies.

Beautiful view, plenty of room

This condo was very nice, enjoyed the space and had plenty of room for myself, my husband and three teenagers. It was a nice location we walked to the Hangout and the Pink Pony. The pools were nice and glad they had two of them. Elevators worked great and never had to wait more than a couple minutes. Also the parking was easy and not too crowded we were always able to be inside so didn’t have the hot sun in the car. We did cook and found we had all the utensils and pans we needed.

Fall Break Family Vacation

We have come to Gulf Shores multiple times, just never during Fall Break and this was our first time staying here and plan on coming back many more times! Loved the ocean view, the condo was perfect for our family of 7 who enjoyed the beach, outdoor pools and indoor pool. We loved being able to walk down to The Hangout and other places at night. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect for us!

This unit had everything we needed and more. Since we don’t have a family there was more then enough for a couple. First time in gulf shores last time was orange beach. This location of condo was an excellent spot! Beds and couch were so comfy. Tub and shower in master bath so upscale. Huge tub with strong jets. One of my favorites which shouldn’t really matter was the absolutely huge washer and dryer and kitchen sink. I now need a new one for home. All smart tvs which are so nice to just stream so we didn’t need our fire stick. The balancy was nice and the view was pristine! Both pools were very nice! We didn’t have one issue and I’m quite picky. We have found our gulf shore condo hopefully many years to come. Thank you for a great experience!
