About this property

Nuria: Spacious villa with private pool and garden

Spacious holiday home with private pool and a large garden, located in the most tourist area of L'Escala, just 8 minutes (750 m) walking to the beach of Riells. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (350 m).

The house has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A bedroom with three single beds. And another bedroom with three single beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, plus a toilet. A large dining room with access to the main terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room.

The house has a wonderful garden with private pool and porch -equipped with barbecue- where you can enjoy your meals outdoors.

In total, the villa can sleep 13 people: in 2 double beds and 9 single beds.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 20€ per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Super groot huis met prachtige tuin en groot zwembad! Vlakbij oude stad en strand Riels. Mooi was het enorme balkon rondom, de oude details als een olijfpers en veel oude olijfbomen. Zeer rustig en veel parkerr plek rondom en op het terrein. Wij waren met 65 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen voor ons een perfect huis

Excellent séjour

Très belle villa, bien placée. Grandes pièces. Situation calme. Grand jardin avec piscine sans vis-a-vis. Télécommande du portail électrique « capricieuse ». Il manque un verrou intérieur à la SDB à gauche en descendant l’escalier.

Magnifique villa.

Magnifique Villa très spacieuse et très bien équipée qui se situe à proximité de tout ce qui est nécessaire dans un rayon de 10 minutes de marche. Idéal pour partir nombreux et profiter/s’amuser/se reposer.
