Beautiful designed house with a beach touch and charm, its is located in the heart of Colonial house, so what we wanted to convey with it was the spirit of the beach in the city, a place where you can chill, party, rest and enjoy a great time with friends and family in confortable space modernly and colonialy decorated.
This a brand new concept in the dominican republic, it is a huge house perfect for get aways, it has 9 bedrooms each ones with their own bathroom. It has a private pool, a Jacuzzi on the rooftop, a huge a comfortable terrace with BBQ and spectacular view to the Sea and the Historical Colonial Zone.
