Wonderful stay
This basement apartment is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lots of clean glassware, the beds and living room furniture are comfortable and the overall decor is very pretty. We had a brief issue with the hot water initially, but the property managers were very responsive and quickly resolved the issue (it remain resolved for the rest of our 10 day stay). Although it’s a lower level location, there is lots of natural light. The location is great; close to several shops, restaurants and public transport, but still quiet. We would absolutely stay again.

Handy Earl's Court location
The location of this flat could not have been better. Easy walk to Tube and Kensington Gardens and the going's on in the Earl's Court neighborhood. Back patio could use a little sprucing up, but we didn't really have time to enjoy it anyway. The kitchen was very well equipped though again, we didn't really use it much. The only complaint was a raging party next door that went on all night our last night. Nothing the owner could have done, but thinking the neighborhood might not be owner occupied which can be less than favorable it seems. All in all we had a great time in London and I'd come back to this flat/neighborhood again!. Thanks very much.

Good location near tube
Large flat, lower level. Clean, well appointed, and good beds. If you need to be near this location, I would definately recommend the place.

Nice and convenient
Great apt and very communicative owner. We were there during the summer and it was a bit warm at night with windows closed. An extra fan would be helpful. Kitchen set up was great. All kinds of condiments, pans, etc. Laundry & bathrooms clean and stocked. Although very near shops and restaurants it was a very quiet street. I would definitely recommend this property!
