Bellagio Villas - Nabucco with garden directly on the Lake

Nabucco is the ground floor apartment of Villa Verdi, overlooking the lake. It is characterized by a large and cozy living room with kitchen leading directly to the private patio and garden where you can enjoy typical Italian specialties pampered by the soothing sound of the waves. Near the entrance there is a lovely fountain in the true rural style of Lake Como which flows uninterruptedly even during the hot, dry seasons and offers a source of fresh water. This apartment can comfortably accommodate six adults and two children in four well-furnished bedrooms (three doubles and one twin) in a style that perfectly blends fine handcrafted furniture dating back to the nineteenth century with modern minimalistic pieces. Complete with two large bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bathtub, the apartment is fresh and cozy even in hot weather, cooled in the afternoon and at night by a light breeze (the famous “Breva”) making air conditioning completely unnecessary.

Tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per night is included in the rent.
Heating is not included, if necessary.
Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.

We were two couples who spent a week at Eva's larger apt. The location is very convenient to sites on Lake Como. The views from the apt. are extraordinary. The rooms are very large. And Eva is very welcoming and answers any questions to be sure our visit was excellent.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment in Sept. 2011 and could not have been more pleased. The rooms were quite spacious, the apartment well equipped and the view was spectacular. Eva and her family were most helpful with information and advice. We visited the surrounding towns by car and by ferry. A car is a necessity to get around. The nearby restaurant in walking distance was very good as were other restaurants in Lezzano and Bellagio. The weather was perfect during out stay and the crowds were smaller at that time of year. We were near enough to Switzerland and the other lakes to visit a few times. It is a beautiful area and a place we would recommend.

Wonderful location for relaxing,family or romantic vacation!

My wife and I stayed in the smaller unit from May 15-21 It was a very scenic location on Lake Como. Everytime I looked out the windows, I wanted to take a picture! The listing photos accurately reflected the rental’s appearance and amenities. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and even in making suggestion for day trips. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative or anyone looking for a beautiful scenic trip into the Lake Como area. There are local resturants, activities and attractions such as: hiking, shopping, boat taxis and even hydrfoils and sea planes!
