Very well located, close to the main commercial area and the main points of interest of Santa Cruz and very close to the connection with the highway.

In the vicinity you can find greengrocers and small shops, and a supermarket on the ground floor of the same building.

In the vicinity there are several bus stops, and next to the shopping centers is the bus station that connects with any point on the island; with a direct line that goes to Las Teresitas beach.

There is also a public parking 2 minutes walk.
