This welcoming home is located in the bedroom community of Maricopa, approx. 15 miles south of Chandler-Phoenix Metro. Just a short drive to the several Spring training venues and Phoenix airport.

Maricopa borders Ak Chin and Gila River Indian Communities that each have fabulous casinos and entertainment venues including Ak Chin's Southern Dunes golf course, and Whirlwind Gold Course at Wild Horse Pass and high end retail outlets. This home is located in a community with green spaces and an ambient temperature community pool.

Built in 2007, this newer 2400 square foot home is cozy and modern and features a two car garage, large master suite, washer and dryer, wifi, Harvard foosball table. The Valley boasts professional sports teams in NFL, NBA, and MLB. Spring Training draws visitors from around the globe in March. ROKU TV - log into your own streaming services.

Great place and fantastic location

Large and comfortable place to stay. Quite neighborhood and excellent area. Everything you could want or need is 15 minutes or less away. Mr. Harris could not have been more helpful and caring. It was nice to know if anything happened, he was easily available. I would highly recommend this place to stay for a great vacation.

This was my first time staying at a vrbo and I was very happy with it. Bartley and his wife are wonderful hosts. The house had everything we needed and a few extras like fresh lemons from the tree in the yard. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but all the neighbors say it's a beautiful amenity. The neighborhood feels safe and the neighbors were warm and friendly. The house is much roomier than it appears in pictures and is very comfortable and homey. I would definitely stay here again.

We were truly surprised when we first came out here, to discover this hidden gem. My wife and I are originally from Canada and we chose Maricopa as a nice city with a little town feel for our family. We recently decided to offer our home for vacationers. We look forward to having guests in our home!
