The tourist apartments of L´Alfar de Lliñeru are located in an incomparable rural setting, in the countryside and only 2 km from the sea. Two independent design apartments, fully equipped, located in the coastal area that separates the mouth of the Ría de Villaviciosa and the fishing village of Tazones

It is a family establishment that consists of a rehabilitated dwelling attached to the quintana or set of buildings destined for work - stables, haystacks and panera-, belonging to a hundred-year-old Asturian farmhouse. In the building site of these buildings, in the 18th century, one of the barriers from which clay was extracted for the immediate pottery workshop was located, the only known historic workshop excavated in the area.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Marichel et ça a été un très bon séjour. Notre hôte était vraiment gentille et pleine de petites attentions. La communication avant a été très bonne et nous avons eu des conseils sir les alentours. L'appartement est confortable et calme dans les hauteurs et les environs sont très beaux. je recommande beaucoup

GENIAL !!

La casa es estupenda: decoración, equipamiento, cocina, las camas son una pasada y la ducha con muy buena presión !!!! Limpieza absoluta. El entorno es precioso. El silencio maravilloso. Nos dejaron sidra de la que hacen ellos, huevos, mantequilla, mermelada casera..... y más cosas al llegar. Da gusto encontrarse con propietarios asi !!! te hacen sentir como en casa. Muuchas gracias por todo y recomiendo esta casa 100% !!!!

Practicamente perfecto

Pasamos ocho días en este magnifico lugar junto a la Ria de Villaviciosa el pasado mes de agosto. El trato familiar y cercano de Maritchel y del resto de la familia hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa.Los productos de bienvenida que como atención nos ofrecieron (arándanos, huevos, leche, etc. etc.) magníficos. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer que la estancia sea una experiencia muy agradable en un entorno maravilloso. En caso de regresar a esa zona de Asturias sin duda repetiremos. Un destino altamente recomendable.

El apartamento es fantástico. Tiene unas vistas a la ría preciosas y está muy bien decorado y equipado. Pero lo mejor de todo es el trato de Marichel y de su suegra, siempre pendientes de todo. Hay que probar la sidra que hacen. También hay que destacar la tranquilidad, el entorno y sobre todo, la limpieza del apartamento. Es un sitio muy recomendable para pasar unas buenas vacaciones

Acabamos de llegar de las vacaciones, hemos pasado una semana increible en el Alfar. Queremos dar las gracias a Marichel y Agustina por su acogida y trato excepcional. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, y Dios que buena esta la sidra que hacen ellos mismos!!! disfrutando de las vistas

Esta Semana Santa pudimos disfrutar junto con nuestras hijas, no sólo de la belleza de Asturias, sino de esta preciosa casa. Cuando entramos nos encantaron las vistas desde el comedor ( la ría de Villaviciosa ) pero también la decoración y lo que ya nos enamoró fué la amabilidad de su dueña ( especialmente los productos deliciosos de la tierra ) y la búsqueda de fósiles en la playa cercana ( uno de sus tantos consejos turísticos ). UN PLACER PARA LOS SENTIDOS¡¡

Hemos estado alojados recientemente y durante 20 dias en este maravilloso lugar. Al viajar con nuestra hija de 4 años,buscábamos un espacio en el que tanto ella como nosotros,pudiéramos disfrutar de un entorno lleno de posibilidades como así ha sido. La experiencia en este apartamento es simplemente perfecta,pues está dotado de todo lo necesario y más para que la estancia sea inmejorable. También cabe destacar la ubicación y la amplia oferta de lugares que visitar y actividades a desarrollar, ya que te permite estar en cualquier lugar de interés así como en las diferentes playas, en escasos minutos. Probablemente sea una de las más bonitas zonas de Asturias. Agradecer de todo corazón a Marichel su trato, trabajo incansable y dedicación, para que todo sea perfecto y a Agustina, Rogelio y los peques Julia y Pablo el haber compartido con nosotros su día a día hacíendónos sentir como en familia. Visitamos este rincón de Asturias, del 6 al 11 de septiembre de 2010, mi mujer, mis dos hijos (11 y 7 años) y yo. Queríamos unos días de tranquilidad en un bonito lugar , como es la zona de Villaviciosa y alrededores, y lo hemos conseguido. Pero, además, hemos encontrado amabilidad y un trato excelente por parte de los propietarios del L'Alfar. También he comprobado la amabilidad de algunos vecinos de Liñero, especialmente con mis hijos. Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos y, sin duda, volveremos. El apartamento es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto y no le falta de nada. Un abrazo a Marichel y Agustina.
