This apartment of Villa Verdi, located on the top floor, is characterized by an open space which contains a large, comfortable living room, a dining room and a beautiful fireplace with a spacious wooden mantle made of local poplar, which gives the room a cozy and comfortable feeling. This lakefront apartment, which covers an area of 60 square meters, offers a gorgeous view from the kitchen window and from the private balcony overlooking the beautiful lake characterized by snow-capped mountains which stand out against the background. In the master bedroom, hidden behind refined curtains, our guests can rest comfortably.
Tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per night is included in the rent.
Heating is not included, if necessary.
Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.
