Delightful 1st Floor apartment. in Dublin D6 area.

First of all my place is new to Homeaway hence no reviews , but it has been listed under other booking provider and my reviews are excellent.(almost 90% 5 Stars)
Search on description and you will find
My place is in Terenure village, (on the southside of Dublin city), bus routes, Shops eateries
Consists of Living room cum dining room and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Entirely self-contained i.e. no sharing of facilities (apart from Laundry facility in a separate part of the house)
You’ll love my place, my location, the comfort, ambience and convenience. Has all the standard requirement Wi-Fi, laundry facility, privacy, etc, is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
Don't take my word for it see the reviews - vast majority are 5 stars. Also see my other apartment in this property - just as nice.
NOTE: There is a flight of stairs (10 steps) to access the apartment, also I do NOT have designated for this unit. It wouldn't really suit senior citizens.

Lovely stay

This apartment is equipped with all you need and very comfortable. I spent a month here without a car and had a great stay. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with 2 bus lines on your doorstep. Terenure village is a 7 minute walk away with plenty of shopping, restaurants and more transport connections. John is readily available if needed and very accommodating.

Nice apartment which had everything it needed

The apartment was exactly as described in the description and had everything it needed. It had an oven, which is cool. The host John was also very nice and very helpful, and cared about a good stay. The bus leaves right in front of the house and brings you fairly quickly to the city center. It also takes you directly to the airport, altough that takes a while. The only negative is that the sound proofing is not great and you can hear the neighbours/washing machine around you. All in all, I can really recommend a stay here though!

Petit appartement à proximité immédiate de Dublin

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez John. Le logement est proche de Dublin et est très bien desservi par le bus, moyen de transport principal à Dublin. Il y a même quelques commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons le logement de John pour son emplacement et ses équipements.

Clean, bright and close to amenities

Everything needed to be comfortable while away. Small but well utilized space! John responds very quickly to any questions and concerns. It is centrally located so traffic is heavy during the day and early evening, however it is quiet in the morning and evening. Would recommend staying here.

Terenure Treat

I was looking for a unique space and was very glad to find this one. For starters the bus from the airport stops at the front door and on the way to it one has a bus tour of the center of Dublin. The town of Terenure has all the amenities without the crowds. The apartment is clean, well equipped, quiet, bright. This was a first visit to Ireland and for me our lodging was just what was needed.

Clean, Bright Apartment in Dublin Victorian

My husband and I stayed two nights in one of John's apartments and two nights in another while we explored the great city of Dublin. Both apartments were squeaky clean and nicely updated with plenty of light, well stocked kitchens, and modern bathrooms as well as comfortable beds. The apartments are some distance from the heart of Dublin, but the bus stops practically at the front door and comes frequently enough that it was no problem; plus, John presented us with a bus pass the moment we arrived, which was very convenient (we used it for four days, then put some money on it and left it with him). John was the best of hosts: very friendly and fun to talk to, responsive to our every need, helpful when we asked for advice, and willing to go the extra mile like driving us to Dublin one early morning so we could catch a tour bus! Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend any of John's apartments without hesitation.

Un apartamento fantástico!!!

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días en Dublin. Tiene todo lo necesario, cocina completa, nevera, horno, utensilios, baño propio, dormitorio,...Está todo muy limpio y como nuevo. El barrio es muy tranquilo, hay varios supermercados al lado ( Aldi,Lidl,Tesco,...) y muy bien comunicado en bus. Hay una parada enfrente y estás en el centro en 15'. Andando también se puede llegar en unos 40'. Hay un pub a unos 200 m con música en directo varios días de la semana. John, el propietario, estuvo súper pendiente a nuestra llegada, ayudándonos para coger el bus correcto y proporcionándonos consejos para una estancia perfecta. Lo dicho, alojamiento recomendable 100%.
