Horseshoe Cottage is charming, perfect for a family or friends looking for a coastal bolthole just a stone’s throw from the beach. The traditional cottage overlooks South Green, accommodation is over two floors with three bedrooms offering plenty of room for 6 guests. The well fitted kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and the comfortable sitting room is the ideal retreat after a busy day on the beach or exploring Southwold. This pet friendly property is close to some fabulous walks and the local Adnams pubs welcome dogs so it’s easy to stop off for a pint!
Southwold has some great shops, cafes, delis, pubs and restaurants so you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to dining. Alternatively visit one of the independent grocers, bakers and butchers and cook up a treat. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. Don’t forget to visit the lighthouse - this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800’s.

Great location
Could not have been more convenient - edge of town and quiet with view of sea, 300 yards away. Property adequately furnished, reasonably well equipped. Outside space is for bins, not useable, as was suggested.
