King size beds take pride of place in both attractive bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious double ended bathtub and the other with a modern shower room. Guests are sure to enjoy entertaining and watching the sun set from the huge west-facing patio.

Marsh View Lodges are just a ten minute walk from the town centre and five minutes from the long shingle beach stretching past the fishermen's huts and Benjamin Britten's iconic Scallop to Thorpeness. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is the perfect place to take a luxurious, British Staycation at any time of the year with something for everyone in the family. Quaint and colourful buildings house unique, independent stores, art galleries, restaurants, pubs, cafes and takeaways; there's golf, sea swimming, fantastic cycle routes and beautiful walks to explore.

OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE
Double doors open to the patio maximising the indoor/outdoor living here. Comfy sofas surround the easy to use electric fire, TV and coffee table for relaxing afternoons; with a dining table and six chairs in the other corner for meal times.
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with a Bosch double oven at waist height (ideal for guests with a bad back!), a built in microwave, five ring induction hob, a generous fridge with five shelves and veg drawer, three drawer freezer, a dishwasher and even a wine fridge; plus the toaster and kettle of course! Three bar stools sit by the central counter so you can perch with your GandT.

CLOAKROOM
Just beside the front door with a WC and wash basin.

UTILITY
Conveniently off the hallway, housing a washer/dryer, some fun games and jigsaws for you to enjoy as well as all the essentials - iron, ironing board, travel cot etc.

BEDROOM ONE
Beautifully furnished in a city chic design with a king size bed sitting between bedside drawers and bags of additional storage in a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
Relax in the beautiful free standing bath with a hand shower over or enjoy a shower with choice of rain shower and hand held in the large corner cubicle. This big bathroom also has a wash basin set into a vanity unit for storage, a WC, heated towel rail (towels provided) and two windows giving lots of natural light.

Marshwiggle (named after a creature which inhabited the marshlands in the World of Narnia) is one of the
Marsh View Lodges and has allocated parking for two cars by the front door. There are five steps up to the door and a path runs around to the patio at the front which has steps up to the sliding doors into the living space. A fence around the patio shields it from the road so you can relax in the hot tub in relative privacy or dine alfresco at the table and chairs provided.

This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is the perfect place to take a luxurious, British Staycation at any time of the year with something for everyone in the family. The park is less than 200 yards away from the long shingle beach stretching from Aldeburgh to Thorpeness with the iconic Benjamin Britton Scallop Sculpture in the middle.

Quaint and colourful buildings house unique, independent stores, art galleries, restaurants, pubs, cafes and takeaways. There is a stretch of Lakeland and Marshland if you’re more of a rambler and fantastic cycle routes to explore! You can even catch a show at Snape Maltings, which is the leading arts venue in Suffolk. Marsh View is also a convenient location for doing business in Ipswich being just 25 miles down the A12 or a 30 minute train ride from Saxmundham.

Marshwiggle
This lovely lodge was Comfortable and cosy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, in all rooms, for 4 adults and our 2 dogs. The beds were very comfy and duvets cosy. Facilities were above our expectations. The Hot Tub was just the icing on the cake, even though it was 0 degrees outside!

Surprise - BUILDING SITE.
Not a good surprise, but a building site in front of the accommodation, expansion project, but nobody had the decency to contact us and let us know. Lorries coming past delivering materials and hard-core as early as 07:45, workmen walking past me sat in the hot tub and the wife not happy as she couldn't get in the hot tub as the hot tub was in front of the building site. Local management company were very helpful, but I feel I've wasted a week of trying to de-stress from my work in the Prison Service. Andy Willox
