Traditional house recently renovated, built with noble materials, stone and wood, following the architecture of the area, taking care of the details to the fullest so that they can enjoy all the comforts.

Our farm measures about 4,000 square meters, where you can walk and enjoy nature in its purest form.

We have taken care of the details to the maximum so that they can enjoy all the comforts, conditioning the facilities to create a cozy atmosphere and always looking for comfort.

It has four rooms with television and individual heating and a complementary room with individual heating.

The house has a large living room and dining room where you can enjoy reading - we have a small library - or television.
It has three full bathrooms.

It has a fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances and complete utensils, ironing room with washer and dryer.

Navidades asturianas

Pues hemos estado estas navidades una familia de ocho miembros en La Sinariega, y todo perfecto la verdad. Yo personalmente he estado en varias casas de aldea, alojamientos, y hoteles rurales, y puedo decir sin ninguna duda que esta es de las mejores, y con mucho. La quintana es guapísima, el lugar precioso, con todo lo que se necesita, y está en una de las comarcas mas famosas de Asturias, y del país. A tiro de piedra de un río archifamoso, entre el monte y el mar. El trato y la amabilidad de los dueños es excelente, y el entorno muy tranquilo y agradable. Espacios al aire libre, paisajes de foto, bolera asturiana, sidra... hay de todo. En palabras de un gran escritor, y que me han recordado a la Sinariega... "La casa era perfecta tanto para comer o dormir como para trabajar, o contar historias, o cantar, o simplemente sentarse y pensar mejor, o una agradable mezcla de todo eso"

Absolutamente recomendable

Estuvimos esta Semana Santa alojados. La casa es un remanso de paz, con un entorno idílico y cerca de la zona de Cangas. Está totalmente equipada y no notas a faltar nada. A destacar también la limpieza y la zona del jardín con una barbacoa perfecta. Agradecer el trato de Miguel e Inés, y a los que vayáis no olvidéis comprar la sidra casera que hace Miguel, está buenísima.

La Sinariega donde el silencio se oye

Lugar para desconectar, excelente, ya que está retirado del ruido de la ciudad, paraje espectacular ya que nada más levantarse y ver el verde y las montañas es lo mejor para tu vista además de tomarte un buen desayuno en la mesa del jardín.La casa dispone de todo lo que necesitas, vamos como en tu casa. En cuanto a Ines, Miguel y su hija Beatriz que voy a decir como los tíos y prima de cualquiera vamos de la familia de toda la vida vaya trato más amable y con cariño. Muy recomendable para familias con niños

100% recomendable

Es la primera vez que voy a opinar en Internet sobre algo, y si lo hago es porque realmente merece la pena recomendar la quintana de Sinariega a todo el mundo. Soy una persona muy exigente y perfecionista, he estado en muchas casas rurales y sin lugar a dudas esta ha sido la mejor en la que he estado. 100% equipada superando las expectativas, los dueños (Miguel e Inés) majísimos, nos ofrecieron su sidra casera, nos dejaron todo lo que nos hacía falta, son prudentes y el hecho de que vivan al lado no hizo que nos sintiéramos vigilados, nos dieron confianza máxima y eso se notó en que nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en ´nuestra casa. Gracias por todo, esperamos volver.
