If you are looking for a quietly located apartment in a beautiful area near the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, you have come to the right place! Our unique apartment with two double bedrooms offers you that little bit more: Wi-Fi and air conditioning / heating are provided and a flat-screen TV with Netflix access. Via ChromeCast you can also view your home programs or films and series from on your tablet or smartphone with us.
The apartment is furnished with modern furniture. Just think of leather seats and tightly defined cupboards.
The most unique is our roof terrace: 67m², completely private, and equipped with a dining area, a lounge, sun beds on grass mats, and a large movable parasol. You also have a gas barbecue on our roof terrace, including a gas bottle!
The kitchen is also sufficiently equipped: coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, (electric) baking tray for cozy dining. All this included in the price, to offer you a luxurious holiday without worries!
Our apartment is also ideal for staying during the winter months: the balcony can be closed completely: so no fresh sea breeze, but a blissful winter sun!
