Villa Oriana is a charming one-story villa in a quiet position, in the Apulian countryside, a short distance from the sea. It sleeps eight people. It is approximately 160 square meters (1720 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.8 km (1.1 miles) from Corsano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards) and the closest beach (Funnovòjere Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles).
Villa Oriana is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a short walkway that is flat and includes approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Oriana you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, 1.55 meters (5.10 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with masonry benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two single divan beds (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a patio through a French door. The room has two roof windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a patio and the swimming pool through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
