Lakeviewcabin - Studio With Lake View

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. For those who enjoy walking, the Old Town of Como is also reachable following a panoramic path (approx. 45 minutes walk) alongside the lake. The Italian/Swiss border is very close, just 4 km from our property, Villa d'Este just 1 km. The size of the Studio is 50 square meters, composed by an open space with a large double bed, two armchair beds, kitchen space, bathroom, a private terrace and a private garden. Private parking available on site

Incredible home

The online pictures of the place do not do it justice. It is an amazing home with amazing views and location. It’s very private (with two private balconies) and clean. Davide went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. We are so grateful to stay in a beautiful home like this!

Highly Recommend

Wonderful lakeside apartment with amazing views of lake como. Perfect overnight stay on my wife and I’s trip. It is nestled in a hillside garden with easy access from the main road. The property is beautiful and has a roof top seating area as well. Great location. The host gave us a warm welcome and thorough introduction. Would stay again.

AMAZING!

Davide was incredibly helpful. He even picked us up at the train station. The place was immaculate. Clean, organized, and what a view! We wished we had booked for a longer stay. Ferry stop is just below the apartment. So relaxing. The steps up to the apartment were really not a problem (not steep at all) even for this old 70-year-old. A must stay for Lake Como.

From the moment we arrived David was welcoming , informative and gracious . The property and view is even more gorgeous than the pictures! Toller erster Famillienurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Die nahe Schiffsstation haben wir häufig für Ausflüge genutzt. Die Wohnung hat ein tolles Panoramafenster, das auch bei kaltem Wetter einen tollen Ausblick garantiert. Das Einchecken hat super geklappt. Davide war sehr flexibel als wir spät angereist sind. Danke!

Die Ferienwohnung war so wie angezeigt, super Blick auf den See. Auch die Wohnungsaufteilung war überraschend und hat uns sehr gefallen. Toll war auch das die Handtücher und sogar die Bettwäsche öfters gewechselt wurden. Wir hätten uns nur mehr Geschirr gewünscht um nicht so oft spülen zu müssen. Eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Lakeside Cabin Como

The apartment was clean & well stocked . The neighborhood was very safe good for walking . Very close to ferry for transport to port. Davidec was a very gracious host 5 stars !!! Wish we could have stayed longer . We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Como ❤️
