Our lovely flat belongs to a seafront residence equipped with caretaker and lift, in Lignano Pineta.
The apartment is located on the 9th floor and consists of a living-dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea, a kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a folding bed, 1 bathroom with shower. It is ideal for 4-5 people.

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-A security deposit is required to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The amount can swing between 100eur and 250eur, depending on the accommodation type. The security deposit will be returned to the guests at the check-out, after the property inspection.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.

°Extra services (Optional) > All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C: 65eur per week
